Short update: Friday we had a field writing test so I got out of first period, which was extended so 2nd period was shorter...and they did it alphabetically so I got to be w/Corey^^ and we had a retarded prompt...most of the prompts were though...ours was "Write a speech you'd give to your graduating class about the meaning of integrity." Yuck. There were only two I think I could've done decently on that I've heard about; the affects of school starting and the problems of heavy backpacks, both done in newspaper article-form. Oh well, that didn't count for anything anyway, the real one will be in a few weeks. Then we had a sub in math and band, so that was nice...and that night was Anna's birthday party which was tons of fun. *giggles* I've never seen a group of 15 and 16 year olds be so excited about getting balloon hats! And Anna got a balloon unicorn and had to say "giddy up!" which was hillarious...I got to do lazer tag for the first time, and even though my score was awful it was still fun hehe...and Megan and I didn't do the gocarts so we watched and predicted facial expressions and driving styles...and we were right about pretty much all of them hahaha, and we rambled about how cute people's hair looked as they drove (so people=corey and james :P) and had much fun despite our driving-fear. I yelled a bunch though, so I kinda lost my voice...I think I've seriously got layrengitis, the kind caused by vocal chord straining NOT the viral one...so I still hardly have a voice lol. Saturday was the "giant" movie gathering...which was NOT the turnout I was expecting, so that was a little dissapointing...only two Athens people :-( but we still had 18 of us I think, so we had fun...and the movie was pretty good, yet sad...It was weird because it was sooooo corny at parts, yet the ending had quite a few sniffs from the girls at least...I was near that point, addmittedly, being the insanely emotional person I am hehe, but I don't like crying in groups if I can help it, so I didn't. That night I went to Coreys for his moms birthday, which was fun...and I kept hearing my parents talking about me to some people there that they knew so that was kinda weird lol...and not remembering Corey's relatives' names because I'm horrible with names...Oh and the guy that shook my hand when I met him and said it was cold and later scared the crap out of me when I was just walking along and all the sudden he grabs my hand to see if it was warm yet hahaha...Today I just sat around and did homework and tried to get rid of layrengitis by drinking lots of tea and sucking on lolly pops (THEY MAKE LEMONADE FLAVORED JOLLY RANCHER LOLLY POPS NOW!!!) and not talking much...Haha, u have NO idea how hard it is for me to not talk...and I have to go do bed in a min, so, end of blog entry!
