Time to blooooooooooog!
Hrm...since last time...umm...Thursday was Christmas! Yep...I got a ps2 (WHICH MEANS I CAN WATCH DVDS IN MY PLAYROOM NOT JUST STEALING MY BROTHERS!!! Haha, sorry, I know very little about video games and didn't realize a ps2 works as a dvd player!) and ddr and promises of getting to pick out some adorable new pajamas (because I wanted to pick them out)...hehe which I did a few days later...yay for Hello Kitty and Muppets! Hehe...oh, my parents gave my brother and me each one of those radio pen thingies...which greatly amuses me...because from what I can tell, the main purpose would be to use it in class and the teacher just thinks you're clicking the ink thing when really you're changing stations...haha...Oh, and the other funny Christmas story: Never try to explain DDR to your grandmother. "So, can you put it on different modes to learn the waltz and the tango?" *falls over laughing*
Oh, also on Christmas, my cousin asked a girl to marry him...I just thought that was really sweet, on Christmas hehe...but OMG they're getting married in three months! How on earth do you plan a wedding in three months? I think it might be so they can have their honeymoon over spring break though, because she's a teacher...what is it with all my cousins marrying teachers lately? lol! Anyway, I don't really know my cousin-in-law-to-be (does all of that go in dashes? I have no idea) since pretty much our whole family met her for the first time at my other cousin's wedding over Thanksgiving break...but she seems nice and I can see her being a really good teacher...I forget exactly what she teachers, some type of high school math though...
Anyway, that brings me to my next topic...Teaching! Yes...urm...yeah, I still want to teach, but my mom brought up the idea of me teaching math instead of english the other day...and it's kinda got me thinking...I mean, I'm decent in English and I really like it, but I don't know if I could really make it fun and interesting...and in all honesty, I'm not sure that I could use spelling and grammer well enough to teach it, haha. So I've been thinking about teaching math...I do a lot of helping when my friends are having trouble in math classes, and since they come back again for more help, I guess I'm decent at teaching it? I think I'd be fine teaching an advanced class, but I don't know how well I'd do with the kids who really just don't get math...I dunno...Then there's "which math?" because I'd have to pick a level...I'm one of those crazy people who absolutely loved geometry, but I'm positive I wouldn't want to teach it hahaha...sooo many people have trouble catching on to it, and I'd get fed up trying to explain proofs when my mind tells me to skip so many steps...So I'm thinking maybe pre-algebra or algebra 1...and I can be better than my algebra teacher in at least one way-DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE FINAL EXAM TO TEACH THE QUADRATIC EQUATION!!! Sorry, but I have yet to understand that logic (*sends ESP message to Mahitha and my yearbook teacher who also taught math, both of whom were nice enough to teach me the things that my teacher left out of that course*) Ok, back to regular stuff about what I've done lately haha...
Most of the last week or so I've just sat around the house doing nothing...working on completely organizing my closet (major clean out-I seriously think I have about half as many clothes in there now, and I put so many books in storage that now I can fit all my books on one shelf)...I got a sinus infectiong because my brother had one...Go figure, I manage to ward off the flu and strep and all that stuff during school, while surrounded by people with the illnesses pretty much constantly...yet my brother comes home sick, I'm hardly around him at all, and I catch it. Bah. Oh well, caught it nice and early...which made me very very wary of going to the doctors, because there're so many germs there now with flu season and everything...and the stupid urgent care place puts everyone in one tiny waiting room so ur like 3 feet away at most from the person across from you who's coughing their head off...yeah, that was my closterphobic time! Lol...anyway...got those fun antibiotics, so I'm not contageous anymore, yay!
I got to go bowling today, which meant I saw friends for the first time since last Tuesday (Corey) and Monday (a bunch of people)...I would've gotten to see them yesterday, but *cough cough* since no one bothered to call me and tell me a group was going to the movies, I stayed home and cleaned my closet some more. Anyway, bowling was fun...I was insanely hyper and scary...Oh, and we had a giant group...Marc decided we needed to meet his Broughten friends and compete against them, so between the Apex/Cary/one Enloe person crowd and the Broughten ones, there were probably somewhere around 20-25 people. Wee! And we got to use bumpers! :-D haha and I still got an 88, I'm horrible but it's fun so that's ok...especially since Anna was my good luck charm! *giggles* that means she poked the ball every time it was my turn to transfer some of her skills into it. Yay Anna!
That's about all for the week...'cept I miss Corey SOOOOOOOOO MUCH and I can't stop thinking about him...he has limited computer time at his dads, so I don't get to talk to him nearly enough, not that any time less than always would be enough anyway...He'll be back Wednesday and I get to see him then! I'm litterally counting down the hours...He has a countdown going on his cell phone...I could probably find a way to do that online, but I'm a dork and keep figuring it out by hand because it's usually late at night so I don't feel like looking for a calculator haha...*lazy* hrm, how long is it now? *calculates* 44 hours, 40 minutes *dies, but keeps eyes open to glare at clock so it'll hurry up and say it's Wednesday at 7:30* @_@
OH AND ANNA AND I DEFINITLY DON'T HAVE ANOTHER EVIL PLAN! O:-) :-x 8-) :-D

Allo again! Time to catch up on the last few days...
Ok I just spent like five minutes staring blankly at the computer trying to remember what happened each day...break makes the days go crazy in my head lol...
Saturday was kinda boring for the most part...I put up the Christmas tree..and I think that’s the day I got “the evil plan” from Anna’s house...that might’ve been Sunday though, can’t remember...Corey was camping and a lot of people were sick or didn’t feel like doing anything, so I figured I’d just have a quiet evening...and then Brittany called! Yay! I hadn’t seen her in soooooo long, omg...*glares at school system because I have too many friends that don’t go to Apex* Brittany’s an...urm...well, she goes to Athens, I don’t know what they refer to themselves as...like I’m an “Apexian”...because “Athenian” just sounds too much like world civ class. ANYWAY, Brittany asked if I wanted to go see this play that a theater group was doing on the State campus, so I got to go to that :-) It was absolutely hillarious...It was called “Sorry! Wrong Chimney!” and the plotline is far too complex and weird to explain here...random tidbits: It starts out with a woman thinking her husband is having an affair because he’s working late nights, while really he’s playing Santa at the mall to get money to buy her a special Christmas present...meanwhile, this guy who we later find out actually thinks he’s Santa is robbing appartments dressed like Santa. With many plot twists and turn, the ending involves a hypnotized policeman stripping for what he’s been told is a “birthday party” of the guy who played Santa at the mall... *falls over laughing*
Sunday I decorated the tree and put lights up...I must agree with Megan on her blog entry about how so many people use white lights now. Dad got nets a few years ago, a few white ones and a few red ones, so for the last few years our bushes have looked like snow cones. Since a lot of them weren’t working this year, I grabbed the excuse to go get some colorful ones :-D so we ran all over the place finding a store that still had lights in stock, and we got strands of multi color ones and put them up...and realized one box didn’t work at all and neither did half of one of the decoration thingies we got...lol, oh well...I think that’s all for Sunday...’cept I really wish youth would start up again because I miss it...and yes, I’ll admit one of the reasons is getting to see people (Corey, Anna, Rachel, and Ally usually) at youth, but still :P
Monday, mom and I returned the bad lights and I put up the new ones...and then I went to Matt’s Christmas party! That was much fun, though rather insane at some points haha...Pretty soon after we got there, we did a big present exchange...*grins* Anna and I finally revealed “the evil plan!” We got Steven and Corey mousepads with our pictures and some smileys and hearts from paint on them...(oh yesh, so evil! *grins*) and for the “O.D.ing on Tupperware” thing when he actually said “Smarties” (wow I can’t hear...hahaha) I found, not Tupperware, but Snapware...because it had cute little snowmen on it hehe...and filled it w/Smarties. After the couples did gift exchanges, some people gave out other random stuff to us...oh my goodness, I think my friends are crazy...DO YOU PEOPLE KNOW HOW HYPER ALL THIS CANDY/CHOCOLATE WILL MAKE ME?!?!?! *giggles happily* Yay for hyperness thought! And I got a vury awesome picture from Katie that she drew...it’s the Weasleys on a wreath! “Deck the halls with pretty Weasleys!” it says...It now hangs on my wall. I didn’t have time to finish the “YAY” flags for everyone ahead of time, so I worked on them later and handed them out...’cept I still owe one to Rachel and SB and Jillian...Anyway...Matt got us all Santa hats and took pictures...that was fun haha, I got to make a puppy dog face at Zach until he put his on...A little later that evening, we were somehow convinced into playing “Manhunt.” We split into two teams-the hiders and the seekers-and had most of Matt’s street to hide on...the team I was on hid first...Anna and I hid in some bushes that we later realized were “out of bounds” so we moved, but we were afraid to go too far because the other team would see us moving...so we ended up sitting behind a tree or bush or something on the front porch of the demo house...haha, everyone had a perfect view of us but since we were in such an obvious spot, they figured we’d already been found, so we were the 2nd to last to be found. I swear like half the time we were sneaking around, I was whimpering to Anna about “what if one of the neighbors sees us or something???” because personally I’d be really freaked out if I saw people sneaking around in my neighbors’ yards...Anyway, they found us, and we came back to Matt’s house, and the only person left to be found was Corey. He’d hidden by laying down on the side of the street...and in the dark, no one saw him! He was later voted to have had the best hiding spot ^^. We switched roles, so we “searched” for people...and again I was creeped out at the idea of going in people’s yards...which is why “searched” is in quotes lol...I wasn’t such a good searcher O:-) but it was still fun...Hahaha, Anna and I got to freak out Steven and Corey by telling them we looked pregnant when we put the Santa hats under our jackets (to keep the white from showing up in the dark)...both of their faces were like “uhh..o_O...yeah...change subject NOW!” *cracks up* So after a while, most people were found...except Zach and Katie and Rachel...so we walked around yelling random insults and things that would make them laugh or attack us...”The Matrix was the worst movie ever!” and “I’ve got a swooooord *tempts*” to Zach... “All dragon-related things suck!” and “Spirited away was a bad movie!” to Rachel...haha...I’m not sure exactly where they were found, but I think Rache and Katie hid together since they were found last...because apparently since Rachel had no shoes on, her feet froze and she couldn’t get out of the hiding spot and Dave ended up carrying her most of the way back to Matts.. *pat pat to Rachie* The rest of the night was spent listening to music-at times, 3 types at once-Rachel’s guitar, the cd player, and the computer *dies*-but it was still much fun :-) Wow that was a long paragraph...
On Tuesday I did some cleaning and stuff duriing the day...and Corey came over that night :-D <3. Lol, but he refused to help me pick out a movie...even when I threatened him with Legally Blond 2 and Freaky Friday haha...I told that to my mom and she said to go with Freaky Friday...I was like...uhh....ok! So we actually watched that...not a bad movie...esp w/the world’s greatist company ^^ (*hums theme song* “And I’ve been waiting all my life, for someone just like you. You’re it; you’re the ultimate you”) hehe...although anytime they mentioned “freaky” or “friday” through the movie, I kept picturing Mrs. Will going “What’s Freaky Frida?” *giggles* Anyway...about an hour after the movie ended we realized it was STILL doing the freakish menu thing...it’s a scary purple and green spiral thingie and random props like a briefcase and a micraphone come out of it and zoom around...It was like 10:00 then...About what felt like not even ten minutes later, Corey sortof whimpered...and I looked up at the clock...and it was 11! I swear I was so tempted to scream at the clock and time in general...GROWL...So we went downstairs and entirely too soon, his sister came to the door to get him...She gave us many eye rolls lol...one for the “Hannah: Are you ready to go? Corey: *shakes head* Hannah: Well...too bad!” thing, and then she pretended to “shield herself” so we could say goodbye...and she took her shield down too fast so we got another eye roll...haha...I’m trying to imagine what I would’ve done as an eigth grader...probably the same thing! haha
And just for those who’re wondering...yeah, there was more than just the normal not wanting him to leave that made me want to yell at the clock...the next day, yesterday, he went to Lenior and he’s leaving today for his dad’s house...so I wont get to see him for about a week...8 days...which is 3 1/2 days longer than the longest time I went without seeing him since we started going out *dies* Thank goodness for the internet!
And speaking of that 8th day...*prods people because we can’t do it here* someone needs to have a New Years party!
After Corey left I got online for a while...and had some...INTERESTING...conversations...the two began depressingly...one remained that way but it was quite understandable...more on that in a minute...The other was with Matt, and...well you might say we had a lot of subject changes! We went from world viewpoints-Idealism vs. Realism for the most part-through some random stuff, to the depressing part where we sortof went through some things that happened last year...which got us into this thing about how people cry differently...which made me think of something that happened a few months ago that I never really told him details about, so I did...and somehow we turned it into a weird yet not so depressing thing about the person we’d been talking about...and the “game” that Rachel, Katie, and I, have had to play at lunch the last few weeks in order to avoid someone...and then a REALLY random subject change that led to the strangest parts of the night...haha...ALL I SAID WAS THAT I WANTED TO GO GET A PIECE OF CHOCOLATE! I SWEAR! And he went “maybe you’re pregnant.” and went off on this whole thing about pregnant virgins...and then we got into pregnant MALE virgins...(Daer21 (1:44:26 AM): umm... if I was pregnant... my parents would DEFINITLEY take me to the doctor hyperpoptart1212 (1:44:37 AM): hahahaha Daer21 (1:44:42 AM): cause screw sex... im a PREGNANT GUY!) and how they could have a uterus that only appears when they’re pregnant...and that made me think how much easier that’d make it on girls, lack of monthly torture...until matt brought up the good point of Daer21 (1:47:08 AM): and it would be scary if women only had sex parts when they were pregnant.. Daer21 (1:47:19 AM): it would make sex... difficult to say the least.
and a little later:
Daer21 (1:50:30 AM): yeah... so i suppose its kina settled then... a woman needs a uterus, vagina, ovaries, and all the other stuff that goes with sex
Daer21 (1:50:44 AM): all the time... despite the... inconvenience it causes
hyperpoptart1212 (1:50:59 AM): lol
hyperpoptart1212 (1:51:13 AM): eh, we get to freak guys out about it
hyperpoptart1212 (1:51:17 AM): thats always fun
Daer21 (1:51:40 AM): yeah well.. i dont care anymore you all desensitised me
Daer21 (1:51:45 AM): try to freak me out!
So that was interesting...I didn’t actually try to freak him out because I knew it would be pointless, but I told stories of other people freaking out (*cough* MR. ROWE *cough, falls over laughing*) And somehow that led to the part of the night that was the weirdist...we had a very in depth discussion about periods, and in particular, tampons. He asked questions, I answered, and it was just generally really really really really odd. *pulls out other parts of the conversation because it’s the best way to sumerize it*
hyperpoptart1212 (2:11:42 AM): *falls over laughing* i cant belive we're having this discussion...
Daer21 (2:12:06 AM): nor can i... and its not perverted in the least...
hyperpoptart1212 (2:12:14 AM): thats almost scary
and
Daer21 (2:20:51 AM): this is so so so so so so so so so so SO odd...
hyperpoptart1212 (2:21:08 AM): lol nooooo kidding
Daer21 (2:21:38 AM): It almost seems wrong... but... i cant find any reason why it owuld be
and
Daer21 (2:25:12 AM): well... to be honest... i am a little horrified with myself at the moment... but its really kina interesting
hyperpoptart1212 (2:25:38 AM): lol
Daer21 (2:26:12 AM): all this talk of sex organs and no talk of sex...
hyperpoptart1212 (2:26:37 AM): well it started with the whole pregnant without sex thing
Daer21 (2:26:48 AM): i must admit that after all that i have heard i am glad that im a guy
hyperpoptart1212 (2:26:55 AM): lol
Daer21 (2:27:07 AM): if something happens to us
Daer21 (2:27:11 AM): we go change underwear
hyperpoptart1212 (2:27:16 AM): yeah
Daer21 (2:27:23 AM): you go shove a peice of cotten up an orifice
and
hyperpoptart1212 (2:33:45 AM): lol...u know what actually started this whole thing?
hyperpoptart1212 (2:33:51 AM): me saying i wanted some chocolate
Daer21 (2:33:59 AM): umm... wow....
hyperpoptart1212 (2:34:06 AM): *amused*
Daer21 (2:34:27 AM): and we got to how cotten sticks to you try to remove it...
Daer21 (2:34:30 AM): yep
Daer21 (2:34:33 AM): we are weird
hyperpoptart1212 (2:34:34 AM): haha
hyperpoptart1212 (2:35:33 AM): this shall go in my blog later "i had an in depth discussion with matt about periods and tampons. the scariest part was that it wasnt preverted"
Daer21 (2:36:00 AM): im gonna have WEIRD dreams tonight...
Daer21 (2:36:28 AM): Maby i will dream of being eaten by a tampon and then having it used ...
Daer21 (2:36:37 AM): that would be very odd
hyperpoptart1212 (2:36:44 AM): hahaha...well last night i dreamt everything from nolan putting strawberries in someones bra to me and rachel jumping off a roof with the aid of giant chopsticks because ken wouldnt help us
Daer21 (2:36:58 AM): umm... wow...
Daer21 (2:37:03 AM): thats ... nuts
hyperpoptart1212 (2:37:10 AM): :-D thats me
hahaha...ok wow i’m at the bottom of the 5th page of the document I’m typing this in...I can’t believe I put that much of our conversation in here, but I think many of the people who read this will get a kick out of it...and it’s 12:30 christmas morning and im bored and not ready to go to bed yet so might as well blog! :-D
After Matt went to bed, I DID end up getting some chocolate...haha...one of the giant bars James gave me for my birthday meant I didn’t go to bed until sometime after 4 O:-) but I slept til like 1:30 so it didn’t matter. Then I cleaned some more, including starting on my closet...I have six grocery bags of dance and Halloween costumes to go in the attic, plus one with my old girlscout stuff, and another for Goodwill which I will add more to as I go through the rest of my closet. Then I went out for Christmas Eve dinner with my family...tradition...they all love it because they get really good steaks...I get a salad and some spinach, but another part of the tradition is creme brule (sp?) for dessert, which makes up for it :-D hehe
When I got home I got the result of the other conversation I had last night...Anna and Steven broke up :-\ *hugs both of them*
Urm...not really sure what else to say...eh, 5 1/2 pages=not bad though! Haha...So Merry/Happy (since a lot of people are going with the British this year) Christmas everyone!

Ok, didn't quite get to finish what I wrote yesterday, 'cause I was pushing bedtime as it was...so I'm back to continue ^^
Ok, left out a very important thing from Thursday because I wanted to have time to elaborate on it :-) I guess Corey decided he didn't want to wait to give me my Christmas present until Monday, when I'm giving him his...so he brought it to school...and it's a charm bracelet! It's soooooooo pretty! He and Anna picked really great charms...haha, I KNEW ANNA PICKED OUT THE SMILEY FACE!!!...and there's a mare and foal (a mama horse and her baby for you non-equestrian-understanding-people hehe) and a three part music charm with a treble cleff, a sixteenth note, and a staff with some notes on it :-) I <3 it vury vury vury much!
Onto today...exams were very easy, just an essay for Creative Writing and an easy test for band...so lots of free time in both periods...and it started snowing in band! Just flurries, but it was enough to get us all excited...and run outside...Corey with a short sleeved shirt and no jacket because "it's not cold out here" *rolls eyes but giggles*...and then Mr. Rowe made us come back inside, but it was still fun! Hahaha...Corey and I kept having tickle wars...ooo I got him so good when he said "I'm not tickelish"...hehe...I tricked him into admitting he was...even though I wasn't trying to but it worked out that way! :-D
This afternoon a group of us went to see Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King...which was good, but looooooooooooong! 3 1/2 hours! Lol, there were like five almost-endings! After the movie (4-7:30!!!), Corey came back to my house for a while...Omg I know I say this everytime, but it was one of the best if not THE best evening I've had in my life...I love him so much...I really didn't know it was possible to love someone this much, and yet every minute I love him more...Yeah, I bet that got some smirks from a few people, but you know what? I don't care because it's true. We put on "The Santa Clause" (yeah my movie collection is horrible and we've gone through pretty much all the good ones lol) but we didn't pay much attention to it anyway...Major tickle wars to start with...haha...We've now learned the ultimate way to tickle eachother...and we'd stop once in a while and just cuddle for a few minutes...and then one of us would start to tickle the other again...which eventually led to us falling off the couch hahaha...which led to MORE tickling and cuddling and everything...There were times when we'd just lay there, cuddled together, and we were both so comfortable that we nearly fell asleep...yet we managed to stay awake. Urgh, Dad told us to go downstairs a few minutes before Corey's mom was supposed to be there so she wouldn't have to wait on us...but when the time came I think we were both thinking "just a minute longer...and annother..." so we weren't exactly downstairs when she got there...When the doorbell rang we just sort of clung for a minute...I didn't want him to leave and I could tell he didn't want to...but he had to, so of course that meant like ten minutes later we were talking online again...hehe...OMG I WENT 24 1/2 HOURS WITHOUT BEING ONLINE OR EVEN ON A COMPUTER! Sorry just had to throw that in...Anyway...Oh, Corey's mom asked if he'd been sleeping...haha...and niether of us said anything for a while...and she gave us a weird look so I made my random comment of "It's exam week...I think everyone's a little out of it" which seemed to satisfy her, lol.
Corey went to bed a little while ago and his away message is making me smile...guess he felt the same way about tonight as I do^^. AM: ":-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3:-D<3" Hehe...I know what he means *goes to bed grinning, daydreaming (and hopefully nighdreaming^^), and loving and missing Corey*

It's becoming habbit to start each blog entry with something about how it's been a long time since I've blogged...but it's true, so oh well :P
I'm going through the days since I've blogged in my mind...I don't remember what happened last Thursday, so I'll skip that...Friday was my birthday. Lol, that made band class interesting! I saw Melissa A go up to Mr. Rowe and "whisper" in his ear...that's in quotes because they were halfway across the room and I heard what she said. "Mr. Rowe, can we sing now????" He nodded, pretended to start to conduct-which I decided to go along with and be a good sport even though I knew what he was doing (he tries to fake the birthday person out and make them start playing when really the class is singing)-and so of course they sang...and I got to turn nice and bright red...I never know what to do when people sing Happy Birthday to me, it's just weird feeling...hehe, it was fun anyway though ^^.
OH! I forgot to put in my whole paranoia thing...Corey'd been teasing me a lot about what he was doing for my birthday, and he kept making up things to make me more paranoid...especially after he asked me a long series of questions of my "favorites"-everything from color, to flower, to plant, to rock. Funny how the flower one was the one he pressed when I said it didn't matter...lol...anyway. So he went on and on with random "possibilites" and all day Friday he had an "angelic" look on his face...and he kept going on about how it needed to be the afternoon...and he even got Torey in on it...One thing he teased about was what if I got a cake during lunch...and at lunch Torey asked me to share some cake with her and then dissapeard, with me all confused lol...and then in band class, the office called and asked him to come down to the office after class...which made me MORE paranoid because I didn't want him to get in trouble for trying to do something...so confused...and then it turned out to be completely unrelated lol-his mom's wallet had somehow been found and turned in. Anyway though, that afternoon, he sent me flowers...they're soooo pretty and yummy smelling ^^ <3 <3 <3
Then, that night, we went out to Kanki for a combo-birthday dinner (Mine and my dad's from the week before) and Corey came with us. I honestly think that's the first time I haven't felt weird eating in front of a guy...I know that sounds really retarded, and I'm not anorexic or anything, nor am I paranoid about what people think of me...but I never eat much around guys...guess that just shows how comfortable I am around Corey :-) After dinner we went back to my house for a while..."watched" Beethoven (sp?) and hung out for a while, much fun :-D
Saturday some friends came over for my birthday...lol you've got to love the wonderful randomness of my friends, I sure do...Mahitha gave me a SIX FOOT LONG STUFFED ANIMAL CATIPILLAR!!! It says "best friends for ever ever ever ever ever" on it...sooooo cute and cuddly hehe...other randomness ranged from playdough, a carebear umbrella, and a ton of random pink stuff (I WONDER WHO THAT WAS FROM??? *cough* ANNA *cough->giggle fit*)...lol u can tell my friends know I'm a chocolate addict when I'm given that much chocolate...7 HERSHEY BARS FROM JAMES *cracks up* because he ate one of them (his defense: but I shared it with Megan so it's ok!) hehehe...and some pretty jewelry...and a really cool picture from Corey...Anna took it of Corey and me a few weeks before (ANNA ITS NOT CROOKED! *high five*). It's a really good picture...I can't keep myself from keeping looking at it because his smile in it is so wonderful...It's in this heavy frame that I think is supposed to maybe also be a paper weight type thing? I dunno, but it looks neat hehe...I put it in my room so it's one of the last things I see before I fall asleep and when I wake up it's one of the first ^^
Didn't do much Sunday...lol, made fudge...and I was a little bit sick for a while but I'm mostly better now, though still a little of what mom calls "nasily" >< but I feel fine and I've got alergies anyway so I'm deciding I'm pretty much better. Anyway...Monday...don't remember what we did in school...but that night I went to Corey's scout thing...COH I think...where they gave out new badges and such and then the newly made jazz ensamble played, which Corey's in. I think they did really good, despite the fact that they said they did bad :P Oh, and as Corey said in his blog, the scoutmasters "gave us a hard time" lol..."So who's this?" "This is Jen" "and who's Jen?" "Jen is Jen." haha...So that night was fun...though both of us felt pretty sick afterwards for some reason...but we both felt better the next day so all was good ^^
The rest of the week...blah, exams...I was nice and stressed yesterday after trying to do most of my studying in one day...yeah, yeah, the procrastinating perfectionist strikes again, I know...hehe O:-) but they weren't too bad...even though our Child Development exam was insane because they gave us the wrong test twice before they got the right one to us and there were issues with the ESL kids so we didn't start until like 30-45 minutes into the period...oh well, still had tons of time though...Tomorrow should be easy, creative writing and band...and then I'm going to see LOTR and hopefully doing something with Corey after...I g2g now though so that's all for tonight! Love to all, especially my Coreykins ^^ <3 <3 :-*

I don't know what's happened lately...It seemed like everyone was decently happy, and all of the sudden, now a lot of people aren't. Yesterday was rather crazy...so many people were upset at once! I don't know why...some of the people I don't even know...but I've heard a lot of comments about how yesterday just seemed to be a bad day for a lot of people (Erik decided something was weird with the planets or something like that), though extents of upset-ness varried greatly. In most cases I don't even know the reason...but it got me thinking again...about how I gave up psychology. I feel really ackward NOT helping people, or at least trying to...It's just my natural instinct to jump in, find out what's wrong, and try to fix it. Especially after remembering a friend and myself going through something very similar to what someone else was thinking yesterday...I felt ackward because I wasn't sure how to react...do I explain what worked for me, or do they have to go through it to make it work for them? Anyway, point being...I thought that maybe I'd made a mistake...even though it hurt a lot when I was involved in psychology...would it be for the best overall? No matter how much that contradicted what I said last night, it was what I started thinking when I went to bed...I decided a while back, when I ruled out psychology, that I was going to teach English, and somehow I still don't think that's a great "life goal" or whatever for me. I like it ok, but I'm only mediocre in English anyway...how can I teach it when the kids will probably have a better vocabulary than I do? Anyway, so I was laying in bed last night, worrying about some people, and just thinking about things...didn't sleep much...hence why I was a little off today. I didn't want to show it...I really didn't for once...especially since all the upset people from yesterday were either ok or pretending to be, the last thing I wanted to do was make them feel worse...So I sort of covered my thoughts with hyperness. After a while, that was actually ok. Acting ok and having everyone else around me being happy generally cheers me up anyway. So for the first half of the day or so, I was feeling much better than last night.
And then creative writing came around...time to fight tears. We watched a movie in there about a psychiatrist who works in a mental hospital (well the main plot is about him dealing with an alien who he thinks is just a regular person who thinks he's an alien, but that's not the point here). I like the movie...but...the mental hospital scared me. A lot. I don't know why exactly...but I just freaked...memories of the worst psychology-related times of the last year just kept flooding back into my mind...I didn't know what was wrong with me...At one point I just thanked God for getting me out of the psychology field...because I know I couldn't handle that type of work. Ever. I mean, yeah, I still want to be there for friends when they need me...but not like before. Especially towards the end of last year and this summer...it was just too much...even though the main event I kept thinking about happened during this school year. I feel really horrible, even now, thinking that I can't give that kind of help when I should...even if I'm asked...because that time I was. I just can't stop feeling guilty about that, even though things worked out ok...I guess...If you can call it ok...better than the alternative anyway. And then I keep feeling more guilty for other things...for not sometimes not wanting to help...and, after seeing that hospital, for being grateful I didn't go visit someone I knew who was in one. It sounds so horrible...and it's true and I hate it.
I guess I had some trouble keeping "the mask" on after that...or maybe I just hug differently when I'm freaked...'cause Dave asked if I was ok when I hugged him after creative writing...which I do everyday, so it's not like that was out of the ordinary or something...I told him I was ok, but when he asked if I was sure I know my face gave me away. I said "I'm sortof ok." For some reason, it was really hard to say that...I dunno...but my eyes teared up again...Luckily I was saved by Melissa H. calling my name to walk the rest of the way to band together, at which time I forced "the mask" back on.
I've just been in a not-so-great mood after that...not so much thinking about things...but I feel like I'm overreacting to things...In band, I tried to ask Mr. Rowe a question about the music because our score was wrong, and he wouldn't listen...but he never does, so I should've expected that and asked him again later, I know...but inside I was getting really agrivated at him, especially when I kept trying to ask annother question where the score was wrong yet again, and he'd see my hand just before we'd start the song, and so we'd play and then he'd forget...I'd put it back up and he wouldn't see it...and apparently didn't hear me call his name either...until Melissa H. told him I had a question. Looking back on that, that's pretty typical in band class...afterall, we've got like 85 people in that class; it's understandable...but I guess everything just bothered me this afternoon...oh well. I got cheered up by a random note from Ruth, though ^^ and writing all this out is helping too. I feel much calmer now. *takes deep breath* So no worries. Just had to let all that out.

Ok, it's been a long time since I blogged, not counting the survey. Speaking of which, something's wrong with my comments I think, because it says there are none, yet when u click it, there are. So for those who didn't see the comment because of that, I'm adding this here too...Anna prodded me about the too many scars thing from the survey, and in order to keep other people from worrying or anything, I just wanted to point out that that had nothing to do with anything you might've been thinking. I was talking about the ones I have from a kidney surgery and shingles, and the reason for the "..." wasn't the kind where u don't want to elaborate because of whatever, or the feeling sad type, it was because I had to rush off to bed so I couldn't elaborate. Ok, ANYWAY, back to regular blogishness.
Urm...I don't remember what I did last wednesday...Thursday was Thanksgiving, so we had a yummy lunch...and then our family laughed at the fact that we had leftover sphaghetti for dinner...Friday we drove down to Georgia, which took about 7 1/2 hours, much less than we thought, which was nice...though it still felt incredibly long. When we got to the hotel place I got to call Corey...we're both incredibly quiet on the phone, which is weird since we talk so much online and in person. Anyway, I saw one of my aunts coming up and so I had to go give her a hug...with the cell phone still in my hand...and the way she grabbed, me the cell was like right by her face, so Corey got an ear full of strong souther accent lol. Then I had to hang up so I could help decorate for the rehersal dinner...I was amused that my aunt and mom decided I got to plan where to put all the candles and flowers and stuff, and they asked me where to put stuff instead of the other way around.
So that night we went to the rehersal and rehersal dinner. I got to meet my cousin's fourth kid for the 1st time then...she's about 14 months old...shes soooooo cute! Smiles all the time practically. It's funny, most kids cry when u take away a pacifier, but she thinks its hillarious and laughs when someone pulls it out of her mouth. However, she's rather afraid of strangers for long periods of time. I held her during part of the rehersal, and for a while she was perfectly content to sit on my lap...and all of the sudden "WAAAA!" lol. My aunt (her grandmother) took her back, and immediately she stopped crying, and THEN as long as she could sit on her lap or hold onto her or something, she'd be fine playing with me at the same time. Hehe. Anyway, then we went to the dinner, where I got to spend some time with annother of my cousin's kids. She's 9, and she's my twin of the family. The last time I saw her, she looked EXACTLY like Matilda, but now she's like a combination of Matilda and Ruthie from seventh heaven. Yet somehow we look a lot alike. Don't ask. She reminds me and the rest of our family of me too, just in the way she acts and thinks. I find it amusing that she used to be terrified of me, and now she loves me...when she was just a baby I used to ALWAYS want to hold her and she'd scream and I didn't know better lol. Yet her younger sister I was very sweet too and now she hardly talks to me. Haha, oh well.
The next day we went to see the new house my aunt and uncle and cousins just moved into...and then went to the wedding...and i got to wear the dress im really obsessed with hehe...and i got some good pictures of my cousins kids ^^. That was about all for that day...Sunday the alarm didn't go off so we "slept in" until mom realized it at 5:50AM. *falls over* So then we ran to get ready and left by like 6:30...cause traffic was worse, and we knew it would be, and we had to take my brother home to Greenville on the way. Oh my goodness, I never knew it was possible to have a conversation as stupid as the one his roomates had while my brother was talking to my parents and getting his stuff out of the car and stuff. Something about one of the roomates, who wasn't there, being a slob. One of the guys called him a tornado. The next five minutes consisted of other words for slob "no, hes like a..." and the last thing said was "he's like a tornado" (LIKE THEY SAID ORIGINALLY!!!) and everyone was like "yeah!" me: *falls over*
So then we went home...and I got to talk to Corey for a few minutes that night...part of the time through his sister, which made me crack up because he glomped me and so i fell over and he went "*smothers with kisses*" and after I smothered back, Hannah was like "OMG! Corey! Jen! I don't do that to Brandon!" and I showed that to Dave. He IMed her and went "you BETTER not be doing that to brandon!" It was great.
Not much for the week...school as usual...working on a few projects, including a screenplay that I was too lazy to come up with a plot for, so I remade the fairy tale "the 12 dancing princesses" which only like 4 people have ever heard of apparently lol. Katie's coming over tomorrow so we can do our world civ project...and the English one is done and due monday...and then i think all projects are done for the quarter! wOOt! Except we still haven't been given the babies in child development because the computer program that goes with them confuses the teachers and the techies won't come help them. Oh well.
The end for the day! I love Corey! <3
