Back for some update-ness. Hrm let's see if I can remember what I've done since my last update...

Friday, I went to the movies with Corey, Hannah, and Andy...and we happened to get the same movie and time as Anna, Dena, and some other LRMS. We saw "Little Black Book" which was...interesting to say the least haha. It's like...love story meet Jerry Springer. Seriously. There was even a Jerry-like TV show within the movie. I thought it was actually pretty good, though, and so did the rest of the girls...but the guys uhh didn't exactly love it. Corey was shaking his head half the time, and when his mom asked how it was, he said "Uhh...it was a movie?" lol. I'm sure Andy felt the same.

Saturday, Corey came out to dinner with my family...and then we came back here and watched "Mr. Iron Chef" hehe...The Iron Chefs competed against eachother. Much fun.

Sunday...uhh...oh I cleaned...and my cousin and uncle came over for a few hours. Jeff (my cousin) is down here to look at Duke. We just hung out for a while and went out for pizza.

Yesterday, Corey came over again. We had another cooking day^^ where we made a yummy peach upside down cake that was going to be a strawberry upside down cake except Kroger had no strawberries and the 2 containers left at Food Lion looked gross. Then we watched a movie called "Sleeping with the Enemy," which was pretty good...it reminded me of "What Lies Beneath" a little bit.

I could NOT sleep last night, probably because I went to bed so much earlier than usual. So I spent like half the night tossing and turning, and I apparently stayed on my left side too much because my shoulder and neck are really sore today. Rawr. Anyway...It still didn't feel like a school day when my alarm went off this morning, but I got ready and went to school and such and gave people hugs :-) and got a few additions to my evil plan from a few of them O:-) hehe...Band was pretty normal for the first day, except the class feels TINY compared to last year! We only have 7 clarinets o_O which means we get to play loud and I'm probably going to end up playing first part, at least for second semester. Jack (the insanely good clarinet player) is only in our class first semester, and if chairs stay the same as last year except for leaving out the people in other classes or who dropped band, it'd go Jack, Heather, Me, Kyle, Taylor, Kara, and the girl that I don't know her name. Mr. Rowe wants 2 firsts, 2 seconds, and 3 thirds for now. Bah. We only have 3 percussionists, so I asked if I could switch lol but Mr. Rowe wants a flute to switch instead since there are still a million of them. English sounds hard and is making me nervous, but oh well. History...ehh...I don't much care for the teacher, but we'll have a student teacher that I haven't heard speak enough to judge yet. I like that there are open note homework quizes though, even if it does mean spending more time doing homework. We had a quiz that didn't count for anything, which is good because I would've gotten like a 30% lol. Physics...The teacher is insanely energetic, and seems nice. She saw that I had the same kind of pencil box as her (along with like half the school) and started gushing about how great they are haha. We had a quiz in there too, not for credit though, and I felt ok about it except for the fact that I couldn't think of "sohcahtoa" so I skipped the sin/cos/tan questions lol but there were only two of them. I was actually surprised by how many people I knew in there though, since I assumed it would be mostly seniors. I knew Chris a little from church, band, and earth science, and the girl I sit next to, Megan, is a senior too but she's the drum major so at least I know who she is. Chris Lynch is there too, and I already knew Melissa would be....Michael, from my ASP group, is there, and Melissa pointed out that he and I should NOT work on labs together haha...and *growls* then there's Jeff White. Ugh. He was at lunch too, but I escaped the Kidney (Zach, Megan, Rachel, and Allison) just as he got there and went to the band hallway to be with Melissa, Taylor, and John. I knew a few other kids in my classes vaguely too, but mostly the ones that I'd already talked to, which is fine because I know someone in each class, even though we do sit far apart for the most part (bah alphabetical seating-yay Mr. Koechling letting us pick seats). The only hw i got assigned, besides parents filling stuff out, was to study for a quiz friday on the states (not even capitals, so I just need to mostly learn the North-East corner and a few random others) and a paper due the 20th for English that shouldn't be too bad since it has a max of two pages. Just need to think of a topic, but I have to wait for him to explain part of the prompt tomorrow in order to decide.

Then after school, I did a little work on my evil plan^^

...The End.
