Back to...finish? If I have time to get that far maybe. From where I left off before:
The first night was very interesting-We went to bed just after 11 but I ended up talking with Hannah and Amy til around 1AM hehe...We heard a noise once that we thought was someone telling us to shut up-like someone beating on the ceiling of the condo below us or Corey on the door or something...but I dunno what it was...and then Amy, who was on the top bunk, freaked because she thought she saw a spider on the wall but she didn't have her contacts in...and I didn't have glasses on and I was far-ish away and so what she thought was a spider, I got afraid of...that sentence sounds weird and I'm not bothering to fix it...and we were pointing at it and shreiking and Hannah thought we were nuts...and then Amy put her glasses on and I got closer and we realized it was just a knot or something in the wood. That made us laugh insanely and Corey came in and told us to shut up hahaha poor Corey.
The next day I made Corey wake me up at 9 because I wanted to finish my homework...but I procrastinated...but then I did most of the rest of it lol...We walked along the beach to the pier for lunch...and my knee was ok-ish then...and it made me giggle when they screwed up my lunch order (I ordered a hamburger bun with lettuce, cheese, and mayo but no meat...she gave me a hamburger patty with lettuce, cheese, and mayo but no bun). Then I watched Corey and Hannah play some DDR and I kept crashing horribly on the motercycle race game lol. Then we walked back...Hannah and Amy went straight to the beach but Corey and I went along the sidewalk to go back to the condo because we didn't have suits on yet...and then my knee died again...so what should've been a 20 min walk ended up taking about 50 min...ugh. Corey was sweet through and kept offering to carry me, even tried to force me on his back a few times, but I wouldn't let him. Anyways, we went back to the condo and rested a few minutes...and by that time it was like 4:15. Then we put on suits and lotion and headed out to the beach. The ocean had an insane current. I'd forgotten how much worse it is along the coast than in the Gulf of Mexico, but this was extreme even for NC. So we swam/fell/struggled in there for like 10 minutes and then went to the pool. I just realized we didn't make any sand creations this time lol oh well. We spent a few minutes swimming around in two different pools, went back to the condo, showered, and went out to dinner. Mmmm hushpuppies hehehe...the place we went served them with butter and honey and cinnamon all mixed together...sounds odd but tastes really yummy. Then back to the condo, and then Corey and I left again lol. We went mini golfing, which was fun...we totally cheated but it didn't matter because we didn't keep score anyway...Corey kept using his golf ball like...a bowling ball kinda haha...it worked...we blamed everything on the wind because it was insane...and my ball went off the course twice, once landing in the river hahaha. Then it started to lightning but I don't think it ever actually rained...but we finished soon after that anyway and went back to the arcade for a while...then to the condo...and watched part of a rodeo o_O haha. Oh and Hannah and Amy went swimming and hung out with this guy they met at the beach...I never met him but stories made me laugh...Hannah's first comment to me when we came in from the beach was "We met a boy" hahaha and they thought his name was either Dave or Tim...and his screen name was something like "JollyPimp" which made me crack up b/c its two names and one of them was Dave...yeah...but his name is actually Jeff. So anyway they talked to him for a while...and we watched the rodeo and then iron chef, and I finished my homework...Iron Chef had pineapple as the ingreedient, which made me happy hehehe...We were supposed to go to bed right after it ended...but we didn't feel like it...so we turned off all the lights so it'd look like we were in bed...and then almost fell asleep on the couch hehe...but got up and went to bed at like 12:30 because we were afraid to fall asleep and Corey's mom see us....yeah. Lol. Oh and I forgot to say that earlier that night we tried to call Dillon but there was no answer so we called Dave and talked to people at his house instead lol...Anna hid in a closet so she could hear Hannah I think hahaha....and Amy had to talk to Dave because he bit her a year ago. *giggles* that's one way to be sure people remember you Davey :P
The next day, we got up, ate breakfast, packed, cleaned the condo, and left. The car ride was...loud. lol. But then we got back home and had like 45 min before youth kickoff! So I went to that...and had fun...ate a snow cone lol...and Dave and Steven came along with the usual youth crowd...I rode in a hot air balloon with Hannah, which was kinda neat but not as exciting as I thought it'd be...I had fun on the giant blow-up slide thing though...The first few times, I went with Melissa, so we just slid down...but I went once with Corey and he jumped at the top so he bounced all the way down which made me bounce too which was really cool hehehe. Corey locked Anna's shoe in his car...and set his alarm off when she climbed on top of it hahaha...and then we had to leave.
Today...At first I thought band was going to be awful because this one guy knocked over some chairs and Mr. Rowe got mad and no one confessed so he was going to make us all stand all period...and my knee is still bothering me a little so when I stand, I've got all my weight on my right leg...but then C.J. took the blame...even though it wasn't him that did it...and a lot of people saw it happen but no one wanted to blame the guy who did it or defend C.J....but then Mr. Rowe let us sit. English ruled. Not that we did anything terribly interesting...but we got our journal and paper back...and I am SO RELIEVED lol major burden off my shoulders...I did much better than I expected so I'm quite happy. I still think I'll be okay with having a B in that class, but now I kinda want to strive for an A...even though those assignments were the easiest ones we'll have all year. We'll see. As long as I don't get a C lol. Other classes were about the same as normal...I had a doctors appointment after school that was pointless but it means I get to take another test...don't have the appointment set up yet but should be within the next two weeks or so probably...and I get to have needles stuck in me and let them send electric shocks between them. Joy. And I g2g to bed lol gnight!
