Nothing to do so I'll update^^

School first...

German: We had our first test on Thursday and I was really stressed out about it. I woke up almost an hour early that morning and panicked thinking I was running late because I was too distracted by German panic to realize what time it actually was. So I got to school and ended up having a nervous breakdown before class from a combination of German stress and the fact that I hadn't had a hug since Saturday. So I completely fell apart and started shaking really bad and thank goodness Corey came over and gave me a hug and let me cry on him for a while or I don't know what I would've done. I ended up geting a 93 on the grammar part of the test but I had a 0 on the verbs. Frau is going to let me make up the verb grade with the grade I get on the big verb test we'll have in two weeks. Melissa is going to help me study tomorrow so hopefully that'll help.

Stat: Still really easy, and homework isn't as bad as that first night; we're down to about an hour a night, which isn't bad for an AP class. We had a group quiz the other day and my group and I breezed through it and kept getting distracted and talking about other stuff and we were still the first group to turn it in and I think we did well on it. It's all very logical and it comes pretty easily to me, so I'm really enjoying it so far.

Tech theater: Much fun^^ We still haven't done any actual tech work yet, but we're hopefully starting Monday I think. We divided into groups on Friday, and I'm on the paint crew, which should be fun. We finished reading the script and we've started talking about how each part of the set should be painted and what colors and such, and I think it's going to be pretty cool. I think this will be that "family" class I've been missing, like creative writing in 10th grade. We can sit around and have the most random conversations, even with Mrs. Winter (ex: stories of her catching people making out in the tech booth and screaming her head off and beating them haha), and it's just relaxed and fun.

Band: We're down to four clarinets :-( The freshman girl had a schedule change and I think now she's in Band I, which is probably good for her because she didn't know how to play really high notes yet (which is normal for most freshmen clarinets; I didn't learn above a C# above the staff until freshman year). We have chair tests sometime this week and I'm really hoping to move up to first clarinet but I'm not sure if I'll be able to beat Marissa, and I have absolutely no idea how good Amber is so I dunno about her either. I might still get to play first part even if one of them is above me though, at least for state contest, because some people from Wind Ensamble might play with us-the bass clarinets can play clarinet in our class because it's considered a different instrument, and Taylor might play with us instead of Wind Ensamble. We'll see. Right now we're just having trouble finding songs to play for state contest and we're really cutting it close.

I started the driving part of Drivers Ed yesterday. It went okay. The only thing I hit was one curb lol so that's not too bad I guess. I'm definitly not good yet but I think I'm getting better. Mr. Leary says I'm one of the only people he's ever had to tell "go faster!" haha. The only thing I really didn't like about it was that I got really car sick later...like, delayed car sick, which I didn't even know was possible. I had my wristband thingies on while we were driving and I was fine, but I took them off when I got home and then I felt really sick from all those turns. I took a motion sickness pill and went to bed at 10:00. Well...motion sickness pills, the "less drowsy" kind, are the only things that can really knock me out lol. I slept really hard and could barely get up this morning at like 11:00 even though my parents came in my room to wake me up every few minutes after 10:00. Finally I got up because we were supposed to go look at UNCG. Then I slept some in the car on the way there. We looked around the campus a little bit and I decided it's waaaaay to big for me so I'm going to UNCW. (Roomies anyone? Or know of anyone who would want to room with me?) We stopped by Elon to look around the campus incase I don't like UNCW so I could have a backup place to transfer to next year, and I could hardly stay awake to see the campus, though I really liked it. Then I slept on the way back. We got home around 4:00, and I went straight to bed. Around 8:00, I woke up and decided I should probably go eat dinner. Then I took a shower and got online and I'm already exausted and I'm going back to bed in a few minutes. So that's my story of how tired those pills, which are only supposed to last 12 hours, make me-I slept about 19 hours in 24 hours and yeah I'm still sleepy so if that math is wrong I don't care. Keep in mind that on the cruise I had to take 2 of those every 12 hours to keep from getting sick (I only took one last night) and I had to function enough to play my clarinet in a judged concert, snorkel, etc. lol. So anyway, I'm thinking when I finish drivers ed on Monday and Tuesday I'm just not going to take those wristbands off for a really long time.

Robert is coming on the 4th afterall, but it's ok because he'll be here all day and our QOH dinner reservation isn't until 7:30 so we can hang out all afternoon.

I've decided "Spill the Wine" is one of the most random non-Weird Al songs ever. Download it if you want; don't just look at the lyrics because it sounds much more random than it reads.

Tomorrow=church :-D and watching Melissa play handbells, then lunch with her, then getting help from her with my German verbs, then hw, then youth. That was a lot of thens. I'm tired. G'night!
